Epsom salt is best known as a component of bath salts, but it offers a wide range of uses, from soothing sore muscles, benefiting health and improving a gardener’s crops to household cleaning, enhancing beauty and more. Epsom salt is different from traditional salt in that it’s actually made up of magnesium sulfate. They are tiny, colourless crystals that looks like table salt, the difference is that table salt is composed of sodium chloride. Magnesium sulphate is a mineral that many of us are lacking in.
How to Use:
Dissolve desirable amount of Epsom Salt in a large pan or tub of warm water, for a soothing and therapeutic foot or body soak. Rinse and dry.
